Gabrielle Gloster is a Senior Learning & Development Specialist, graphic designer, presentation designer, writing consultant, and is certified in Elementary Education in the State of Michigan.  Gabrielle is an experienced trainer with over 10 years of experience providing direct coaching and training, and has a proven track record of creating engaging professional learning experiences.

Her roles of being an E-Commerce Supervisor and Relief Assistant Customer Service Manager have equipped her with experience in leadership. In all of her previous roles, she has stood out as a leader and she works in a standard of excellence. She possesses ample experience of developing and designing effective training curriculum, assessments and evaluations drawing from her acquired knowledge from obtaining her Elementary Education Degree in 2015. 

Her facilitation of trainings includes an interactive, personable approach, and she specializes in providing comfortable training atmospheres, engaging learners, incorporating multiple learning styles, application, and collaboration, to create a well rounded training atmosphere. In her role as Senior Learning & Development Specialist she has maintained an above average training evaluation score from survey results from trainees, as well as has received numerous positive feedback responses from trainees. She is a go to subject matter expert at Centene and is often sought out for feedback or help with developing training content and materials.

Gabrielle is highly skilled with technology, and incorporating it with learning curriculum. She has designed e-learnings using Cornerstone’s technology at Centene. During presentations, she is very familiar with Kahoot, AhaSlides, Online Polls, Creating Virtual Games, etc. She is adept in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, Google and/or Microsoft Forms, Learning Management Systems, Kofax, Adobe, Canva, all of Microsoft Office, Website Design, and many other technology applications. She is a fast learner to any new piece of technology and is skilled at instructing others on utilizing new systems.

At Centene, Gabrielle is passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She is a part of Employee Inclusion Groups, and at Centene’s Leadership Summit in 2023, she presented on "Engagement in a Virtual Workplace" to 700 leaders in the Centene Organization. Centene’s Leadership Summits are designed to cultivate and develop leadership skills amongst Centene’s directors, managers, and supervisors throughout the company of over 67,000 employees. This year, she is a mentor to the presenter of the Quarter 3 Leadership Summit, and that presentation is on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. Additionally, she crafted and facilitated an engaging, informative, and fun presentation on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion for the team that she is on at Centene in Quarter 1 of 2023 which included 40 participants.

Gabrielle’s creative mindset and previous experience in customer service, management, human resources, education, and technology makes her an asset to ATE Educational Consulting, LLC’s team.
